"We've known each other for six years. We're from different companies, but in the same project. Also we live close to each other, so he called me up to listen to his story. We've talked about how there are things at work that don't work out.

Among human beings, there are ones more like insects, and we can't understand their words. They flap their wings, but we can't communicate in that way.
There are different perspectives. Have you heard of fish eyes, insect eyes or bird eyes?

When you see things, insect eyes like ants look up close, bird eyes watch from above, and fish eyes observe the flow as they are under water.
Also there are two-dimensional and three-dimensional viewers...those who look at one thing and others that watch multiple things.

Villagers cannot look at the whole village as they live there, but they can watch it from the mountain. They can come up with thoughts like "The barren land over there could be replaced with a park".
Fish can picture various futures. They observe the flow. Then they think of what kind of future to head to...they are under water, so the level differs.

What's unique about two-dimensional viewers is that they make excuses. Those who say "But," or "Yet,"are selfish most of the time. Selfish people don't change for the better, as for both their behaviors and skills. Even though they only have to say "I can't do it", they state the reasons. Making excuses means believing you're the right one.
So they don't think they need to change. Quoting from the predecessors, "you have to be modest" to be able to learn.
Even when someone made a mistake, you can step forward by considering if there were anything you could've done. Well, I can't stand two-dimensional viewers in power.
It's better to keep away from them, as far as possible!"
