I hope I get to be a senior forever.

"I'm from Tanegashima."
"When did you move to Tokyo?"
"11 years ago. I had this thing I wanted to do. I wanted to become a poet. That's why I came to Tokyo. 
Now, I belong to a production company. They recently scouted me on the street saying I should be on TV dramas. When they spoke to me, I didn't want to tell them my age, but I did. Now I belong to the production as 'a senior'. Yes, a senior. 
But when they said that word, I don't know, I just felt really good. I hate phrases like 'the old' or 'the elderly', you know? I hope I get to be a senior forever."
