-What is fashion to you?

“Well, it’s for my own joy. I don’t follow trends or read fashion magazines. I wear what I have. Watching young girls on the streets is enough to tell me what’s popular now. 

For my earrings, I never wear matching pairs. You don’t have to wear the same pair; there is no such rule. It’s all about the balance and the subtraction. So during rainy season, I put on frogs and umbrellas. For Christmas, I put on reindeers and Christmas trees. I leave them on even when I sleep. 

I always look at my fashion as a whole, and never try too much. I try on my clothes and accessaries first, and then subtract from them. I’m a housewife and a receptionist at a gynecological clinic. On a day-off, I go about window-shopping. Window-shopping is for free, right?”
