That becomes your passion.



“I think people who ask others about their motivation in life are somewhat anxious about life. They can feel the possibility in front of them, but they are unsure if they can keep their own motivations. I used to be like that when I was a student. And I still am, even now that I’m working.

Japan has a lot of problems, like aging population, environment issues, 3.11, but you have to think of these things as your own personal problem to make these issues your own challenge. But that’s the hard part; to figure out what it is. But when you do figure it out and see a problem as your own, that becomes your passion.”
