"How long has this umbrella store been here?"
"Since 1914."
"Has Asakusa changed since you were little?"
"Yes, it has. I think it has lost some of what used to make this place Asakusa."
"What do you mean by that?"
"Well, back in the days we used to be close to each other, us neighbors. But now.. I feel like I'm on my own."
"When was the time you struggled the most?"
"My struggle? Everyday. But Japan has to keep its tradition. That's why I work hard every day. Because someday, things will turn out all right."
