"Well, what comes to mind first when you think of Tsukiji?"
"Um, seafood?"
"Right, seafood. I wanted to change that image and start something new. It's been five to six years now."
"Wait, how old are you?"
"I'm 24."
"So you started this shop when you were 19?"
"Yeah. But it's not only my effort; a lot of people supported me. So this company is not mine only."
