"It's harder than I expected. We are medical students- well do yo know those people who stand at the receptions of hospitals? We are trying to become those people. So we're future medical transcriptionists."

"The question is, how comfortable you can make it for the clients. Relieve their stress. Also I am worried if all that stuff that I learned is gonna be useful and I wont be a burden at work"
"But I'm worried if i can get a job at all."
